We are LIFEPOWR, an energy technology scale-up from Antwerp consisting of 22 energetic colleagues and together we help to bring the balance in the energy system of tomorrow!Due to the increasing number of variable renewable energy production, our electricity grids are facing challenging times to keep a balance. For our continued push to decarbonization, we need smart combinations with flexible solutions to enable the future of solar energy, benefiting both society and renewable asset owners. That’s why, as an energy service provider, we focus on flexibility, which translates into valuable stability for the energy grid as well as sustainable economics.We let energy prosumers participate in energy markets through digital power plants to help balance the energy grid in return for extra rewards and earnings. Previously, this was reserved for large centralized power plants, mainly gas peaker plants, which result in direct carbon emissions related to balancing.We commercialise these technologies under our own digital energy hub FlexiO,as well as white labeling by several well known brands in the market.Our expertise in energy management strategies for Low Voltage prosumers combining behind-the-meter & energy market value streams, has put us in a pioneering position globally.
